The TempNet Diamond Award

Recognizing Excellence in Leadership and Engagement

The TempNet Diamond Award honors an outstanding manager or key staff member of a TempNet member staffing firm who demonstrates exceptional leadership, professionalism, and commitment to the mission of TempNet. This distinguished recognition celebrates individuals who actively contribute to the strength and success of our network through meaningful engagement, collaboration, and service to the TempNet community.

At its core, the Diamond Award highlights those who don’t just participate in TempNet, but help elevate it. These are the individuals who help ensure TempNet remains a trusted network where independent staffing firms grow stronger together.

Selection and Recognition

All nominations will be reviewed by TempNet’s Member Benefits Committee, which will thoughtfully evaluate each submission and make a recommendation to the Board of Directors. The Board will then vote to confirm the final Diamond Award recipient.

The Diamond Award will be presented annually at the TempNet Fall Conference, where the recipient will be recognized on stage and celebrated for their outstanding contributions to the TempNet community. The recipient will also be featured in TempNet communications and publications.

While this award is intended to be presented each year, it will only be awarded when a candidate meets the established standard of excellence that reflects true leadership and meaningful engagement within the network. In some years, no award may be given.

A previous recipient is not eligible to receive the Diamond Award again.

Nomination Process

  • Nominations may be submitted by a nominee’s company owner, another executive leader, or any TempNet member.
  • Each nomination should include a detailed description of the nominee’s contributions, engagement, and impact within the TempNet community.
  • Strong nominations clearly demonstrate how the individual has helped strengthen connections, support peers, and advance the mission of TempNet.

Timeline

  • Nominations Open: May 1
  • Nominations Close: May 31
  • Member Benefits Committee Review: June
  • Board Approval: July
  • Recipient Announced: Fall Conference (September)
