As the Executive Director for TempNet, Jeana works closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the mission and vision of the association are carried out and further the organization as a whole. She works in collaboration with the team on membership and conferencces. Before joining the team in March 2020, Jeana worked for over 12 years serving Chamber of Commerce organizations in the Des Moines area. She graduated from Iowa State University with Distinction with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with a Public Relations emphasis and minoring in Speech Communications and Sociology. Jeana currently resides in West Des Moines, IA with her husband and two daughters.

Jessica has recently joined TempNet team as Associate Director of Membership and Sponsorship. She is passionate about building relationships with members and looks forward to sharing with prospective members what sets TempNet apart from other organizations.

Jessica currently resides in Des Moines, Iowa and enjoys spending time traveling, attending live events and supporting Iowa’s minor league teams.

Alyvia graduated from South Dakota State University with a degree in Leadership and Management of Nonprofit Organizations and continued to gain knowledge through multiple internships at Non-Profit Organizations where she developed a passion for mission-drive work. With energy and enthusiasm, she is eager to maximize the impact of the clients she supports.

Alyvia specializes in developing online and in-person educational content for TempNet.
