AES Corporate Services
George Henzel President, CEO george@aesservices.biz (540) 667-2696 (540) 665-0768 (fax)
Established in 1979, AES began operations as a commercial building maintenance company focusing on the janitorial services needs of larger light industrial and office building complexes. After several years, a Fortune 500 packaging container company recognized a need for a contingent labor force which would be an on-going supplement to their full time employees as their manning needs changed with their product mix. AES was selected as their sole supplier based on our proven experience in operating a 24/7 business, and a management structure which understood the needs of supplying sufficient people to avoid line shut-downs. In essence, this 1981 venture into temporary help became part of the evolution of the use of temporary help for strictly short term assignments into the creation of a critical secondary labor force adaptable to changing daily or for seasonal needs of businesses' operations. From this initial adventure into temporary help, AES has continued its innovative thinking by being the first to introduce mandatory drug test screening in 1993, 24/7 on-call service, vendor on-site, and pre assignment orientations stressing safety, hazcom, and bloodborne pathogens. Our concept of productivity staffing helps to improve initial attendance and job follow-through, by matching the individual needs and concerns of our employees to the variety of workplace environment of our individual clients. This is accomplished through the use of a short video presentation, showing the workplace, the tasks required, and specific client policies, which allows our employees to integrate into the client's operation smoothly. AES, THE COMPANY TO CALL FOR QUALITY SERVICES.
