TOPS Staffing was founded in 1987 and now has three offices blanketing eight counties around the Pittsburgh area. Our first office was opened in Penn Hills followed by one in New Stanton and our third office in Wexford. Quality of service has always been a top priority at TOPS. We only select those who are most qualified to perform their job duties. It is important to note that TOPS is local, independent and WBE certified. TempNet Fall 2010 Conference TempNet members can look forward to a tranquil resort setting at a discount price for the Fall meeting in Palm Springs this year. Our guests will enjoy Spanish-style casitas with an incredible view of the mountains and the on-site golf course.
