From the TempNet membership list, you will provide us with a ranking of your top ideal prospects or current clients. We will approach, on your behalf, any key clients or potential clients with your interest in meeting with them at this event. At the conference, you will receive an itinerary with the company & contact names, as well as the scheduled times.
Exhibit tables will be located with receptions, breakfast, lunch, and breaks, so you will gain that most valuable time before, during, and after the meetings to connect with your clients and meet new ones. Your tabletop display will be in view during the entire program.
Your representatives will be introduced during the general session, and you will be invited to remain a part of many sessions and contribute to discussions.
The Friday evening dinner event will include team building activities that will help you Òbreak the iceÓ with a potential client, or spend quality time with a current one. WeÕll keep in touch with you on the theme and activities so you can coordinate your marketing efforts. It's a great program in an inexpensive city that has become a TempNet favorite!

Exhibit tables may be chosen when you arrive to the Hyatt the room is located on the second level, Regency E-F. All tables are of equal visibility. The room will be open at 3:30 PM on Wednesday, and you may request electricity from staff on-site. This is a tabletop show with 6 foot skirted tables placed around the perimeter of the room, so there will be wall space for your backdrop or display, but it must be contained within an 8 foot area. You may ship your booth materials directly to the hotel-no intermediary shipping company is necessary. All packages should be sent to arrive no earlier than September 12th. "State of the Staffing Industry"
TempNet welcomes Ed Lenz, chief counsel and head of public affairs for ASA, to discuss key legislative challenges and opportunities for our industry, and current industry trends. He'll also share view of the 2012 elections and the potential impact on the staffing industry.
Before joining ASA in 1989 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Ed was Vice President in charge of regulatory affairs at Kelly Services and chaired the ASA legislative committee. He is author of the widely cited ASA textbook on co-employment and is nationally recognized authority on the legal and public policy aspects of staffing.

TempNet has the balcony floor reserved at the Slippery Noodle, where we'll have a traditional midwestern prime rib buffet dinner. Live bands begin at 9pm and we can stay on the balcony for some of the best seats in the house.
The Slippery Noodle is walking distance from our hotel, and shuttle transportation will be provided throughout the evening. Your registration fees cover dinner, entertainment and transportation. Everyone is invited. Don't miss this night of great food followed by live music!

DRESS CODE Casual business attire is acceptable for meetings and events; please dress comfortably. In September, average temperatures in Indianapolis are generally in the mid-upper 70's during the day. Because meeting room temperatures and personal comfort zones vary widely, we recommend you bring a sweater or jacket to meeting sessions. We have no outdoor functions planned, but so much of the city is within walking distance, you should be prepared with comfortable shoes and a light jacket for evening.
